Founders Track is for people who'd rather build than talk about building.

If it's a fit, we'll introduce you to something good: either a role at Clera or at one of our partner startups. Simple.

Two Paths

Anyone who makes things. Engineers, designers, ops folks, interns with side projects that actually work. If you'd rather show what you've done than explain it in an interview, this is for you.

Path 1: Future Founders

You'll probably start something one day, just not yet. Right now you want to see how a good startup runs from the inside: ship with a fast team, touch different parts of the business, be in the room when things get decided.

Path 2: Ready to Focus

You've been the CEO, CTO, or the person who kept the whole thing running. Built teams, raised money, made it work. Now you want to go deep on one thing with people who are good at what they do.

What You've Done

We're picky. We want to see that you've done hard things before. You don't need all of these, but at least one should be obviously true.

You've built something people used. A product, a tool, a system. Something you can show us.
You've started from nothing and gotten something live. Saw a problem, figured out a fix, shipped it.
You've dealt with the messy stuff. Outages, migrations, performance fires, architecture calls nobody else wanted to make.
You've jumped between roles when you needed to. Engineering, product, ops, whatever had to happen.
You're good at deciding things without all the information. You move, see what happens, and adjust.

Sebastian (CEO) — Built two consumer marketplaces to 15K users, first at 17. Saw firsthand the value human recruiters provide.

Daniel (CTO) — Head of Engineering at HR scale-up Lofino (acquired), led 15 engineers. Serial builder — first startup at 18, then a VC-backed marketplace.

Alexander (COO) — Scaled a Series A messenger startup to €10M ARR as Chief of Staff. Led recruiting (80 FTEs) and growth.
