About the team
You will join an ambitious and highly collaborative team of engineers, AI specialists, and product builders. We move quickly, take ownership, and care deeply about delivering real impact for our customers. At askLio, you’ll work closely with the founders, ship fast, and help shape both the product and the culture as we scale.
The Role
We’re looking for Delivery Managers who want to help leading enterprises adopt autonomous procurement at scale. As a Delivery Manager at askLio, you are responsible for the implementation, onboarding, and ongoing success of our enterprise customers.
You’ll map existing procurement workflows, translate them into AI-driven processes, and ensure every customer realizes measurable value quickly. You’ll be in the room with DAX companies and global brands, guiding them through operational change and helping them build trust in a completely new way of working.
In this role, you will:
Lead customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live
Translate processes into AI Agent configurations and operational playbooks
Partner closely with Product & Engineering to improve workflows and features
Track value realization and ensure long-term customer adoption
Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on track
Build relationships across multiple stakeholders, from operational teams to senior leadership
This is a customer-facing, operational, and product-adjacent role — ideal for someone who enjoys structure, clarity, and solving real-world problems.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
Have experience in delivery, operations, consulting, or implementation (ideally in SaaS or enterprise environments)
Enjoy understanding how processes work and improving them
Communicate clearly and build trust with both operational teams and senior stakeholders
Stay organized, structured, and reliable even in complex enterprise projects
Are curious about how AI can reshape procurement and operations
Value long-term relationships and work collaboratively across teams
Appreciate a high-ownership environment where your work has visible impact
Bonus: Experience in procurement, supply chain, or operational transformation projects.
