You will join an ambitious and highly collaborative team of engineers, AI specialists, and product builders. We move quickly, take ownership, and care deeply about delivering real impact for our customers. At askLio, you’ll work closely with the founders, ship fast, and help shape both the product and the culture as we scale.
The Role
We’re looking for a Founders Associate – GTM who wants to work on high-leverage projects across the entire commercial funnel.
You’ll help drive our go-to-market motion, support enterprise deals, run strategic projects, and work closely with Product to refine messaging and workflows.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain a founder-level perspective on scaling an early-stage AI startup — and is excited to work both strategically and hands-on.
In this role, you will:
Support outreach, qualification, and preparation for enterprise deals
Prepare materials, demos, and workshops for C-level conversations
Work with Delivery Managers and Engineers to help onboard new customers
Map processes, gather requirements, and translate them into clear internal tasks
Run strategic founder projects across GTM, product, and operations
Analyze funnel data, pipeline performance, and identify bottlenecks
Help design scalable processes as we grow the organization
Help shape product narrative, documentation, and market positioning
Surface recurring patterns and share structured feedback with Product & Engineering
What We’re Looking For
You’re a strong fit if you:
Bring experience in consulting, startups, operations, sales, or a similar high-ownership environment
Communicate clearly — especially in complex, high-stakes contexts
Enjoy working on a broad set of topics and switching between them quickly
Are structured, reliable, and thoughtful in how you approach problems
Learn fast and are comfortable with ambiguity
Are curious about AI, procurement, and enterprise operations
Want to work closely with founders and contribute to key decisions
Appreciate being in a role where your work has visible, immediate impact
Bonus: experience in enterprise SaaS, GTM work, or customer-facing roles.
