About the team
You will join an ambitious and highly collaborative team of engineers, AI specialists, and product builders. We move quickly, take ownership, and care deeply about delivering real impact for our customers. At askLio, you’ll work closely with the founders, ship fast, and help shape both the product and the culture as we scale.
The Role
We’re looking for a Founders Associate – Delivery who wants to work across all parts of our onboarding and implementation lifecycle — from process mapping to project coordination to internal tooling.
You’ll work directly with enterprise customers (including DAX companies), support Delivery Managers and Engineers, and help build the foundation for how askLio delivers AI Agents at scale.
In this role, you will:
Assist in onboarding enterprise customers from kickoff to go-live
Prepare and support customer workshops, trainings, and reviews
Translate customer insights into clear requirements for product and engineering
Identify bottlenecks across projects and propose concrete improvements
Work closely with Delivery Managers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product
Connect customer needs with product capabilities and roadmap discussions
Support communication across teams to keep implementations aligned and on track
Take ownership of high-priority initiatives that directly impact customer success
Support analytics, reporting, and insights for executive-level decisions
This is a hybrid role combining customer work, internal operations, structured thinking, and hands-on execution — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build foundational processes in a fast-growing AI startup.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a good fit if you:
Bring experience in consulting, operations, project management, startups, or delivery functions
Are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Communicate clearly with both internal teams and enterprise stakeholders
Enjoy understanding how processes work and making them more efficient
Learn quickly and feel comfortable in dynamic, evolving environments
Like working hands-on and taking full ownership of tasks
Are curious about AI, enterprise operations, and system-driven workflows
Want to work directly with founders and influence how we scale our delivery org
Bonus: experience with procurement, supply chain, SaaS implementation, or enterprise environments.
