What you will be working on
Collaborate closely with our customers and help them solve their problems to make their work more enjoyable
Build scalable backend infrastructure to handle thousands of phone calls per day
Build intuitive user experiences in an AI-first world
Optimize our voice agents for reliability, accuracy, and indistinguishability from talking to a real human
Stay ahead of emerging trends in voice AI and LLM agents
✅ You might be a fit if you:
Have deep expertise in modern LLM techniques (transformers, agents, RAG, fine-tuning, context engineering) and STT/TTS models
Have experience in software engineering (Python)
Deployed voice agents using LiveKit, Vapi, Pipecat or anything similar to production
You leverage AI tools that make you more productive (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
You love challenging work and solving hard problems where others give up
Are fluent in German (at least C1) and thrive in talking to customers, visiting them, and putting their needs first.
Want full ownership from day one and aren’t afraid to push hard.
