What you will be working on
Collaborate closely with our customers and help them solve their problems to make their work more enjoyable
Build scalable backend infrastructure to handle thousands of phone calls per day
Build intuitive user experiences in an AI-first world
Optimize our voice agents for reliability, accuracy, and indistinguishability from talking to a real human
Stay ahead of emerging trends in voice AI, LLM agents, and distributed systems
You might be a fit if you:
Are currently studying Computer Science, AI, or related fields, or recently graduated
Have done projects working with modern LLM techniques (transformers, agents, RAG, fine-tuning, context engineering)
Passion for building voice agents (Vapi, Pipecat, LiveKit) - experience with such tools is a big plus
You leverage AI tools that make you more productive (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
You love challenging work and solving hard problems where others give up
You thrive in talking to customers, visiting them, and putting their needs first.
Want full ownership from day one and aren’t afraid to push hard.
You might not be a fit if you:
Need clear structures and processes handed to you. (You’ll be the one building them.)
You don’t like to own features end-to-end.
