You’re not just managing implementations; you’re turning enterprise complexity into real impact. As AI Implementation Manager, you drive adoption, translate customer requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure Lio delivers measurable value from kick-off to go-live.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kick-off to go-live, ensuring delivery on time, on scope, and on quality

• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable solution designs and structured implementation plans

• Act as the central project owner and trusted advisor for DAX and Fortune 500 customers

• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive seamless execution

• Proactively manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication

• Turn customer feedback and usage insights into actionable product improvements

• Build standardized implementation frameworks to enable scalable rollouts

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

• Have experience or strong interest in software implementations, customer success, or implementation consulting

• Bring either startup exposure, enterprise process experience, or background at a consultancy/software vendor

• Possess strong project management skills across timelines, stakeholders, and resources

• Understand enterprise architectures, integrations, and system landscapes at a high level

• Have an AI-first mindset and are comfortable discussing technical concepts (JSON shouldn’t scare you)

• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and manage expectations professionally

• Speak fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English (B2+)
