As a Founders Associate in the COO Office, you’ll work hands-on across operations, processes, and cross-functional initiatives to turn strategic priorities into action.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Assist the COO with high-impact operational projects and strategic initiatives

• Optimize and scale internal processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and company-wide execution

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams to align operations with business objectives

• Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

• Have experience in operations, consulting, project management, or high-growth startups

• Think analytically, act proactively, and can translate insights into action

• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
