As a Founders Associate in the CTO Office, you’ll work hands-on with Core and Product Engineering teams to turn strategic technical decisions into action and help scale the engineering organization.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Assist the CTO with strategic projects and high-impact technical decisions

• Support engineering and product initiatives, helping define architecture, processes, and workflows that enable scalable delivery

• Contribute to the optimization of internal technical processes, making engineering faster, more efficient, and more impactful

• Collaborate closely with Core, Product, and Infrastructure teams to align cross-functional technical efforts

• Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes

Your Profile
