What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Design and execute innovative growth strategies across channels, combining data-driven analysis with creative experimentation

• Identify new opportunities to acquire customers, expand market reach, and form strategic partnerships

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to optimize funnels and drive measurable results

• Test, iterate, and scale initiatives with speed, precision, and a focus on long-term impact

• Own your metrics end-to-end and directly influence the company’s growth trajectory

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business strategy, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech

• Think creatively and analytically, blending bold experimentation with data-backed decisions

• Communicate effectively, inspiring stakeholders across teams to move fast and act decisively

• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and embrace AI-driven transformation
