You’re not just delivering implementations; you’re building the engine that makes them scale. As Head of AI Implementation Management at Lio, you own the end-to-end implementation function ensuring enterprise customers successfully adopt our AI platform while building and leading a high-performing implementation team.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Own the successful delivery of enterprise implementations for DAX & Fortune 500 customers

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on quality

• Act as escalation point for complex customer situations and executive stakeholders

• Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation strategies

• Build, hire, and lead the AI Implementation Management team

• Define implementation frameworks, delivery standards, and KPIs

• Turn insights from implementations into structured product feedback

• Work closely with Product and Leadership to continuously improve delivery and scalability

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

• Bring experience in enterprise software implementations, customer success, or implementation consulting

• Have worked in B2B SaaS, consulting, or enterprise transformation environments

• Experience with enterprise software implementations and integrations (e.g., SAP R/3, S/4HANA, APIs)

• Have experience leading or mentoring teams

• Are highly structured and confident managing complex multi-stakeholder projects

• Have an AI-first mindset and understand enterprise architectures at a high level

• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders

• Speak fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English (B2+)
