You’re not just managing numbers; you’re building the financial backbone of a fast-scaling AI company. As Head of Finance at Lio, you work closely with our Founders to drive financial strategy, ensure transparency for investors, and give the company the clarity needed to grow fast and sustainably.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Own Lio’s financial planning and reporting, including P&L and investor reporting

• Set up and manage key financial metrics

• Build financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making

• Manage and develop investor relations, acting as a key interface to current and future investors

• Work closely with the CEO on financial strategy, fundraising, and company planning

• Establish scalable finance processes and structures as the company grows

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

• Bring experience in finance, venture, consulting, or high-growth startups

• Have a strong understanding of startup finance, SaaS metrics, and fundraising

• Think analytically and can translate numbers into clear business insights

• Are hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in ambiguity

• Communicate confidently with founders, operators, and investors

• Thrive in fast-paced startup environments and enjoy building from scratch
