Plato is entering one of the largest untapped markets in B2B software and leading growth is at the center of unlocking it. As Growth Lead, you will build and scale our go-to-market engine from the ground up, combining classic B2B sales excellence with modern growth tactics.
In this role, you will:
Own revenue for your pipeline while coaching a team across AE and SDR.
Shape our go-to-market strategy in a market of tens of thousands of wholesalers across Europe.
Bring our AI-powered product into an industry that urgently needs digital transformation.
Work directly with the founders to test, scale, and operationalize how Plato grows.
Your work will define the speed and trajectory of Plato’s commercial success and directly influence how an entire industry adopts AI.
🚀 What You’ll be Working on
Revenue & Pipeline Generation: Own and exceed your personal revenue target in a value-driven, consultative sales process. Build a predictable, scalable pipeline engine across outbound, inbound, and targeted campaigns. Craft compelling ROI narratives that position Plato as the intelligence layer of the modern wholesaler.
Team Leadership & Enablement: Build and mentor a combined SDR & AE team, setting standards for outreach, discovery, and deal execution. Create enablement processes (playbooks, call frameworks, ICP definition, messaging iterations).
Growth Experiments & Market Expansion: Design, run, and evaluate experiments across channels (email, LinkedIn, events, targeted sequences). Test and refine ICPs, messaging, and commercial motions through rapid feedback loops. Partner with founders to shape our GTM model as we expand across Europe.
Deal Strategy & Execution: Join high-stakes conversations with executives and owners in the wholesale sector. Support negotiations, build business cases, remove deal risks, and increase win rates through structured sales play.

Sales Excellence & Operations: Own forecasting, CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, and performance dashboards. Introduce operational rigor that allows the team to scale fast.
🏅 What You Bring Along
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a closing AE or hybrid Growth role.
≥2 year in leadership position in Growth and/or SDR functions, or building outbound/GTM motions.
Track record of consistently exceeding quotas and building pipeline through experimentation and structured outbound.
Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers with non-transactional cycles.
Strong communicator with the ability to present value to C-level leaders and business owners.
Familiar with CRM systems, outreach tooling, and data/AI-enabled workflows.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and drive initiatives end-to-end.
Native German speaker (non-negotiable) and fluent in English.
