Our founders come from a wholesale family and gathered a rock star team of ex-Big Tech, VC, and top-tier consulting companies to reshape the operations of this $48tn industry. Our initial product leverages cutting-edge data science to provide customized demand forecasts and product recommendations combined with intelligent workflow automation.

We are about to create category-defining software. Our primary customers are C-suite executives within large-scale wholesale and distribution businesses. 🔮 What we’re looking for

About the Role

You’ll be the bridge between Business & Tech — owning the technical deployment of our AI platform for new customers. From ERP integrations to AI feature enablement, you’ll make sure Plato delivers measurable value from day one.

🚀 Your Mission

• 🧩 Own deployments end-to-end. Sit between Engineering, Customer Success, and the customer to bring apps live; fast and clean.

• ⚙️ Translate complexity. Turn integration and customer needs into clear, actionable technical action items for our engineering team.

• 💡 Shape AI features. Conceptualize and build AI-driven features based on customer requests — from document processing automations to in-app intelligence.

• 🧠 Troubleshoot with data. Use SQL, Python, and DBT to dive into data pipelines, debug issues, and validate results.

• 🤝 Be the connector. You align all sides — from customer expectations to product capabilities — ensuring every rollout turns into a success story.

🏅 What you bring along

• 🎓 Technical background (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related)

• 💻 Practical experience in coding/development (e.g., via internship or project) and first customer facing roles

• 🇩🇪 Fluent in German, excellent communicator

• 🧠 Strong SQL and Python skills

• 🤖 AI-native mindset and curiosity for automation
