→ We’re looking for our third co-founder, based in Munich (Germany-wide considered).
What we’re building
Think WHOOP, but for your finances. Those devices never ask you to train harder. They run in the background and change what you do by default. We're building the same thing for money.
Driptip sits on top of your existing bank account and automatically invests a small share of every purchase (a self-tip) into global ETFs. No financial knowledge. No switching banks. No new habits. A behavioral layer that quietly changes what happens to your money by default. Built on Open Banking infrastructure, with customer funds held by a licensed banking partner that also carries our regulatory framework.
We're Narmin and Stefan (CEO and CFO/COO) based in Munich. We have an alpha MVP, a banking infrastructure partner, and investor conversations underway. What's missing is the person who carries real end-to-end ownership of everything technical.
The role
Full ownership of the technical side as a co-founder from day one. Architecture, stack decisions, first engineering hires, and the product itself.
Who we’re looking for
Technically:
Strong foundations in CS, engineering, physics, mathematics, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
React Native expert who thinks in user journeys, not just components
Full-stack comfortable, from mobile UI to backend architecture
AI-native: uses AI tools as a genuine force multiplier
Security-conscious: in fintech, trust is the product
As a co-founder:
Curious about user behavior: talks to people, not just to code
Opinionated about product direction and not afraid to say so
Takes full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
Analytically sharp, whether it's a product decision, a market question, or a technical tradeoff
Navigates ambiguity and delivers without waiting for permission
Works with influence over authority
Background can vary: senior engineer ready to make the leap, ex-founder, or a sharp graduate who's been building on the side. What's non-negotiable: technical depth and the instinct to build a company, not just a codebase.
