Technical Co-Founder (CTO)

Executives and politicians are rarely attacked through their IT. They are attacked through what is publicly findable about them: home address, family, routines, leaked credentials. INVIOLA measures and reduces this digital exposure. Our platform uses passive OSINT to map a person's exposure, scores it (Personal Digital Exposure Score) and turns it into concrete steps that shrink the attack surface, for individuals, their families and their organizations.

We build EU-first and are moving our stack step by step to European infrastructure and European AI models. Privacy by design and GDPR are our baseline, not an afterthought. Protecting personal data is our product, so we hold ourselves to the highest standard. If you believe Europe needs its own trustworthy security tech, this is the place to build it.

Where we are

• Pre-seed, founder-led, based in Mannheim, Germany

• Early traction: first paying customer and pilot customers, including members of German state parliaments

• Validated in a blind comparison with the threat intelligence team of Siemens Energy

• Research partnership with KIT/KASTEL, federal security research funding in application

• Strong focus on people in public office: protecting those who hold democratic mandates is part of our mission

What you will own

• Architecture, data pipeline, OSINT tooling and scoring engine

• Security and privacy by design, migration to sovereign EU infrastructure and European AI models

• Taking the product from first customers to a scalable platform

• Building the tech team and culture with me

What you bring

• Strong engineering skills and an AI-first mindset

• You have shipped a digital product (side projects count)

• Ideally a background in IT security, OSINT, data engineering or ML, but no must

• You care about privacy, digital sovereignty and doing this the ethical way

• All in: 100% commitment and a founder mindset
