As we are quickly growing and see a massive tech challenge in automating the work of the $600B global headhunting industry, we are looking for a cracked Founding Growth & Content Marketer. You will own marketing end-to-end, shape our brand, and supercharge our growth across both sides of our marketplace: top talent (supply) and high-growth companies (demand). You will play at the intersection of content and growth marketing: running cold email programs, shipping content with high velocity, and scaling affordable channels like Meta and LinkedIn—all while treating growth as a scientific process. You will work directly with our founders (Sebastian – CEO, Daniel – CTO, Alexander – COO) and have a strong impact on how we acquire and activate both talents and companies, from first touch to signed offer.
