In 2025, we raised $25M led by Expedition Growth Capital to accelerate our expansion into North America and build the AI-powered future of lean manufacturing.

We started by visiting 50 factory floors and seeing the same problem everywhere: critical decisions lost between shifts, neglected whiteboards, and data buried in reports that arrived too late. Fabriq fixes that — giving frontline teams the structure, visibility, and tools to act fast and improve every shift.

The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you sit at the intersection of deep technical work, customer exposure, and product impact. You land at a customer's factory, earn the trust of ops managers and plant directors, configure Fabriq to their workflows, and write the integration code yourself.

This is not a support role. You own the full technical relationship with enterprise manufacturing customers — from onboarding to go-live to long-term success.

What You'll Do

• Deploy and configure Fabriq at customer manufacturing sites across France and Europe
• Integrate Fabriq with existing systems (MES, ERP, SCADA) — writing code where needed
• Train frontline teams: operators, supervisors, and plant managers
• Act as the technical voice of the customer back to the product team
• Identify opportunities to expand Fabriq's footprint within accounts

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical customer-facing roles
• Strong full-stack engineering skills — you can ship code autonomously
• Fluent in French (required) and English
• Comfortable working on-site at customer factories
• Experience owning enterprise technical relationships end-to-end
• Bonus: background in manufacturing, industrial tech, or systems integration (MES/ERP/SCADA)
