About the Role

You'll be a Senior Fullstack Engineer at fonio, owning features end-to-end from concept through deployment to thousands of European companies. You'll have full autonomy over what you build, direct customer contact, and the chance to shape our Voice AI product roadmap. This role combines technical depth with product thinking in a fast-shipping environment.

What You'll Do

• Own features completely: from idea and prototype to production code used by thousands of customers across Europe.
• Build and evolve our platform using NestJS and React, shipping updates nearly daily.
• Engage directly with customers through support, feedback sessions, and user testing to understand real needs.
• Prioritize ruthlessly—break features into their essential parts that create immediate customer value, then iterate with new insights.
• Take on feature and opportunity prioritization for our Voice AI product as you grow into the role.
• Enjoy 100% focus time with no regular meetings, maximizing deep work.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js (ideally NestJS) in a SaaS product.
• A growth mindset and genuine curiosity about shipping fast and learning from customers.
• Pragmatic engineering: you know how to cut scope without cutting value, and you iterate based on real feedback.
• Native German speaker to actively shape our AI product, plus fluent English.
• End-to-end ownership mentality—you thrive when responsible for the full value chain, not just code.
