Scape is hiring a Technical Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders and help scale product, go-to-market, and operations during an early-growth stage. This in-person Stockholm role is high-impact and a strong preparation for future founders, combining hands-on technical judgment with cross-functional program execution.

What you'll do

• Serve as Technical Chief of Staff partnering directly with the founders across product, GTM, and operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align priorities and accelerate execution.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete plans and track delivery against tight deadlines.
• Support founder decision-making with technical context and project-level insights.
• Drive high-impact projects end-to-end, prioritizing what moves the company forward.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt as priorities shift.
• Work on-site in Stockholm and participate in the company’s early-stage equity and compensation structure.

What Scape is looking for

• Strong technical background and CS fundamentals (e.g., computer science training or equivalent experience).
• Excellent social and communication skills for close collaboration with founders and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and stress tolerance; comfortable with non-9-to-5 demands.
• Bonus: interest in branding, design, and social channels.
• Willingness to be based in Stockholm for an in-person role; compensation includes salary (~$55–80k/year) plus QESO options (0.15%–0.50%).
