About the Role

As Technical Operations Lead at Seldon Global, you'll be the connective tissue between people, processes, and technology as the company scales. Working closely with founders, you'll translate strategic priorities into operational reality—building systems, improving workflows, and removing friction across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, spots problems early, and takes ownership of solutions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with founders on high-impact initiatives including hiring, communications, and internal roadmap development.
• Design and maintain internal tools to track key metrics and improve operational visibility.
• Identify and resolve cross-team bottlenecks through coordination and process optimization.
• Question existing workflows and propose practical improvements using technical and analytical approaches.
• Leverage AI tools to increase team productivity and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven track record building and maintaining internal tools or systems.
• High agency and forward-thinking mindset with comfort taking ownership.
• Ability to ask tough questions and challenge the status quo constructively.
• Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
• Knowledge of Swiss and/or US legal frameworks (nice to have).
• Background in recruiting, communications, or related operational functions (nice to have).
