About the Role

You'll be the founding content producer at Preambient, building the media engine for an AI-native financial platform. You'll own video production end-to-end—from concept through publishing—across long-form and short-form channels, working directly with the founder to tell stories that resonate with founders and business owners.

What You'll Do

• Produce long-form and short-form video for YouTube and social platforms, managing the full pipeline from ideation to publication.
• Develop formats, storytelling, pacing, thumbnails, and titles that drive engagement and retention.
• Film and edit content yourself, establishing a fast and repeatable production workflow.
• Collaborate directly with leadership on shows, interviews, and series featuring founders and business owners.
• Scale output while maintaining quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record producing, editing, or directing content for major creators or established channels with significant viewership.
• A portfolio of videos with demonstrable audience engagement you can share.
• Hands-on production skills: scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Deep understanding of what drives YouTube performance—hooks, retention, and effective packaging.
• Ability to move quickly and ship consistently.
• Familiarity with business, startups, or finance (a plus, not required).
