Founding Engineer

Delvo builds AI software for enterprise procurement. This early engineering role combines customer-facing product ownership with technical leadership and a voice in the team's hiring, code review and working practices.

Scope

Own features from customer discovery through full-stack delivery. Build AI-enabled workflows and shared foundations for agent context, tools and evaluations. Help set architectural direction, review AI-generated code and improve quality through frequent releases and user feedback.

Background

Demonstrated ownership of production software used by real customers; strong frontend, backend and database foundations; and experience influencing technical direction or team practices in a small team. Clear communication, initiative and sound judgment when using AI development tools matter.

Experience with LLM applications, agent infrastructure, founding engineering or data-intensive B2B products is helpful rather than mandatory.

Stack and working arrangements

TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/Supabase, Vercel and Python. Full-time, in person at Delta Campus in Berlin Neukölln, working directly with the founders. Compensation includes a competitive salary and meaningful equity.
