What you will do

You will work directly with the founder and our engineering team to drive our M&A transactions and help build the autonomous investment banker. Your job combines the ownership of a senior banker with the work of a product manager: close live deals, identify what software should do, and work with engineers to make it happen.

• Own deals from mandate to close: Run the process, advise clients, negotiate with buyers, and take responsibility for the details
• Build your own replacement for manual execution by turning the work you do into workflows our engineers can automate and test them on real transactions
• Spend more time winning and advising clients: As software takes over execution, take on more relationships and more deals

The ambition is for our platform to become so good that you can manage 10x more deals, and therefore make 10x more money.

You will excel in this role if

• You are an exceptional Analyst or Associate with M&A experience at a leading investment bank or advisory firm
• You want client responsibility early. You are ready to earn trust, make difficult calls, and build a team
• You have taken real ownership of live transactions. You know the numbers, the documents, the deadlines, and what can derail a deal
• You understand the process well enough to question it. You can explain which steps protect the client and which exist because nobody built a better way
• You want to work directly with engineers. You can turn a recurring problem into a clear requirement and tell whether the solution actually works
