You'll be the first point of contact for marketing, SEO, and content leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies, driving pipeline through cold outreach and event engagement. As a Sales Development Representative at SCAILE, you'll own the full prospecting cycle—from building AI-enriched lead lists to booking qualified demos for our sales team. This role is critical to scaling our go-to-market motion in the DACH region.

What You'll Do

  • Execute daily cold calls with marketing, SEO, and content decision-makers to spark conversations and qualify interest.
  • Build and maintain your own lead lists using AI tools like Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT for research, enrichment, and personalization.
  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across calls, LinkedIn, and email, testing messaging and optimizing based on what converts.
  • Represent SCAILE at industry events (OMR, DMEXCO, SMX) in the DACH region, actively engage attendees, and return with booked meetings.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule product demos with the sales team, and keep the CRM clean and up-to-date.
  • Gather market feedback—objections, competitor intel, and customer pain points—and share structured insights with the broader team.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of sales experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar prospecting or Customer Success role.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach (cold calling, LinkedIn, email) and proven ability to set appointments via phone.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted prospecting tools (Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT) for pipeline building and personalization.
  • Background in SEO tools sales or direct experience working with SEO teams; familiarity with current SEO topics like AI Overviews and traffic loss.
  • Understanding of buyer personas and the marketing/SEO landscape.
  • Track record of participating in or working trade shows and industry events.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region for events and conferences.
