As Founding GTM Lead, you'll design and execute the entire go-to-market motion from first touch to signed customer. You'll own the systems, narrative, and execution that turn early demand into a repeatable revenue engine. This is a foundational role where you'll build the GTM playbook from zero and scale it into a predictable machine.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full GTM funnel from pipeline generation through customer expansion and retention.
  • Run rapid experiments across channels, measure results, and scale what works.
  • Build and manage qualified pipeline through both inbound and outbound motions.
  • Create and distribute content across LinkedIn, X, blogs, and social platforms.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with vendors, startups, and community organizations.
  • Orchestrate events, dinners, conferences, and brand moments that drive awareness and relationships.
  • Design and execute client and partner gifting programs that deepen loyalty and generate referrals.
  • Define positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and all sales collateral.
  • Build out the GTM tech stack including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and automation tools.
  • Extract insights from customer and performance data to codify repeatable playbooks.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years at a high-growth startup as a founder or leading GTM, growth, or sales function.
  • Demonstrated track record of measurable results in pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Systems-oriented mindset—you think in repeatable motions, not one-off campaigns.
  • Comfort building from zero, pressure-testing ideas, and iterating quickly.
  • Exceptional organizational discipline and process rigor; you turn messy problems into crisp plans.
  • Resilience in the face of setbacks and relentless execution orientation.
  • Willingness to work intensively, including weekends and extended hours.
  • Engineering background or top-tier competitive achievement is a plus.
