Sovrano AI builds expert RL environments, benchmarks, and training data for frontier AI labs and physical AI teams. You'll be on the ground in San Francisco as part of Sovrano's early GTM team, opening conversations with research leads, robotics startups, and data buyers, and turning pilots into recurring programs. This is a high-ownership role where intelligence, curiosity, and drive matter more than years of sales experience.

What You'll Do

• Map the RL and robotics ecosystem in the Bay Area: identify labs, startups, research teams, and the people who buy training data.
• Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, warm intros) and book meetings with research leads, data leads, and founders.
• Learn the product deeply enough to discuss RL environments, evals, and manipulation datasets credibly with ML researchers.
• Move deals from first call through sample, pilot, and production program, working closely with the Barcelona team on scoping and delivery.
• Attend SF meetups, research events, conferences, and hackathons where buyers gather.
• Feed customer insights back into product and research priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate, and able to work on-site.
• 0–3 years of experience; strong recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated hustle: you've started something, sold something, or won something competitive.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, RL, and robotics, with the ability to hold your own in technical conversations.
• Clear, sharp writing and confidence doing cold outreach.

Nice to Have

• Technical degree (CS, engineering, math, physics) or ML/robotics research exposure.
• Prior sales, BD, or founder experience at an AI or deep-tech startup.
• An existing network in the Bay Area AI/robotics scene.
