We are building an autonomous insurance group to sell commercial insurance to businesses using AI agents. Our context layer allows our agents to predict pricing and losses, match business with the best-fit carrier, and automate the entire sales cycle end-to-end.

The Role

You'll work directly with the founder to build and own the core AI systems that power our platform, from browser-use agents and voice AI to long-horizon LLM pipelines with evals.

• Voice AI for client and carrier interactions
• Long-horizon LLM pipelines with robust evaluation frameworks
• Carrier integrations and AI-powered quoting/submission pipelines
• AI agents for policy analysis and document processing
• A little bit of everything

What We're Looking For

• 0-5 years of experience at a top startup or big tech company
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or voice AI systems
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from 0 to 1
• Based in San Francisco

Compensation

• Base salary: $150,000 – $230,000 depending on experience
• Equity: meaningful founding team equity
• Full-time, on-site in San Francisco
