We process hundreds of millions of dollars every year, and many new clients come to us already paying suppliers in USDT. We're hiring a closer who speaks their language, in Spanish and on WhatsApp.

The opportunity

Our clients move six and seven figure payments every week between the US and Latin America. Many are Miami wholesalers selling into the region. Leads come in from referrals, events and our website, and each one needs someone who answers fast, explains how Shield works in plain words and gets them to a first payment. The founders take the largest enterprise deals. Everything else is yours.

The job

You own new clients from first message to first payment.

• Inbound: Answer new leads the same day over WhatsApp, calls and video.
• Closing: Take a business from first conversation to approved account and first payment.
• Onboarding: Walk clients through signup and verification, and bring back the ones who stalled.
• Education: Explain USDT settlement, wallets and USD rails to business owners without jargon.
• Pipeline: Keep the CRM current and bring the founders in on large deals.

What success looks like

We expect impact from day one. There is no 90-day ramp.

Day one:

• Working live inbound leads in Spanish and English
• Every new lead answered the same day

Week one:

• Stalled signups moving again
• Your first deals in motion

Every week after:

• New clients going live without a founder on the call

Who we're looking for

A closer who already lives in the stablecoin world.

• Track record: 2+ years closing B2B deals yourself, ideally at a crypto exchange, stablecoin company or LatAm fintech.
• Stablecoins: You know how Latin American businesses use USDT and can explain it without a script.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish and professional English. Portuguese is a plus.
• Style: Fast on WhatsApp, always online, persuasive, and comfortable owning a pipeline on your own.
• Location: Remote from Latin America. Miami is a plus.

Not a fit

You need a ramp-up period to learn crypto, or you've never closed a deal yourself.

Compensation
